What we collect

When you submit the request form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, state, military branch, and the type of request (quote, consultation, or policy review). We use this only to respond to your request.

Advertising measurement

This site uses Google Ads measurement (the Google tag) to understand whether our ads lead to quote requests. When you submit the form, Google may receive a report that a request was submitted, along with standard technical information such as your browser and the ad you clicked. We do not send Google the contents of your form.

Your choices

You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google at any time in Google Ads Settings, and you can block cookies in your browser settings. To ask us to delete the information you submitted, email familyfirstnicole@gmail.com.

Family First is an independent life insurance agency run by Nicole, a licensed insurance agent (NPN #21045867), serving veterans and their families in all 50 states. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency.
